Star Crossed by Kele Moon
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
After stepping in and saving fellow MMA fighters girlfriend, Romeo Wellings needs to burn of some steam. As much as he knows he should say no to Jules Connors offer for dinner, Romeo can't help but find himself intrigued by the confident women before him. What starts as a one night stand, quickly becomes more involved and both Romeo and Juliet find themselves falling hard for one another. Their secret relationship is riddled with obstacles though since Romeo has ties to the mafia who want him to throw his fights and Jules twin is a cop who hates Romeo's guts.
Loved it 4.5 stars, it opened the door to more books and I sure hope we get one for Nova, wow the man is a stud. I liked that Jules and Romeo's relationship went slow and had an edge to it. Excellent second book in the series.
