Howling for My Baby by Beverly Rae
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Bored, that is what Jason Cannon is, bored. Jason just wants to find the one person who is meant to be his met and do away with the women he has been dating lately. When an incident at one of his gyms put him in direct path with his mate, he is more than pleased, especially when he gets to rescue his damsel in distress, but she doesn't seem to be as pleased with her performance as he is.
Sydney Skeller is born to a long line of hunters who hunt shifters, although her father continues to try and get her to join the hunt, she refuses. Sydney knows who Jason is the second she sees him, but overwhelming embarrassment and coming to grips with the fact that she is mated to a shifter and her father hunts them for a living, what's a girl to do.
This was really fun, had a few issues with the way it was paced it seemed to jump quite a bit but overall it was entertaining enough to overlook those issues. Jason is fun, both characters are quirky and had a great beginning with the two of them meeting.
