Chloe Novikov knows she is drowning, the death of her husband has consumed her with a feeling of emptiness. When she receives a letter from her husband explaining he wants her to finally meet is family and start fresh, she sees this as a sign. Chloe never expected brother Adam and Brandon Novikov to look so much like her husband, although they are brothers the sense of calming she feels with them near is comforting.
Adam and Brandon waited five long years for their mate to arrive. No one knows the real reason Connor never brought her back before his death but Adam and Brandon have no intention of letting her go now that they have her where they want her, between them.
So I wasn't sure what to expect by this shifter story, with the younger brother sent to find their mate and never telling her about his life. Alpha Adam I wasn't sure about in the beginning because he was pretty domineering, but once Chloe enters the picture he is a bit of a softie. Brandon was a smooth operator, very intense and there is no doubting his feelings. I would definitely pick up more in this series.
